Medical information and service limits
This website supports informed conversations. It cannot replace an individual examination, diagnosis or treatment plan.
Emergencies and symptoms
Call 911 for an emergency. Do not rely on a website, a payment memo or a draft form for urgent symptoms. A clinician should provide your routine and urgent contact instructions before care starts.
Medicines and research compounds
FDA approval applies to an exact product and labeled indication, not every vial or mixture containing a named ingredient. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Research-only labels do not authorize use in people. Entries in the educational guide do not state that Striving stocks, dispenses or administers the substance.
Do not purchase, mix, reconstitute, inject or select a dose using this guide. A licensed clinician and appropriate pharmacy must evaluate any proposed prescription, its risks, alternatives and applicable requirements. No guaranteed weight-loss, healing, detoxification or anti-aging outcome is promised.
Tools, images and examples
BMI and nutrition calculations are estimates for general adult education. They do not determine treatment eligibility. Pregnancy, diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorders, allergies and medication side effects may require individualized guidance.
Brand illustrations and illustrative portraits are not product packaging, evidence of treatment effectiveness or patient testimonials.
Where care can occur
A U.S. educational audience does not establish nationwide clinical service. The practice must verify the treating clinician's authorization in the state where the patient is physically located, the service offered and the suitability of telehealth before care. Google Meet access alone does not satisfy these requirements.
