Cancellation and refund policy
Effective October 22, 2026 upon publication. This policy applies to new purchases from Striving LLC after publication and does not retroactively change existing agreements.
Before payment
Striving LLC will explain the services, prices, what is included and any separate pharmacy or laboratory charges before payment. Pay only an invoice you recognize. A payment does not guarantee a prescription, treatment eligibility, a particular medication or a clinical result.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact the office at least 24 hours before your appointment when possible. Under this policy, Striving Health does not charge a late-cancellation or no-show fee. If no service has been performed, you may reschedule or request a full refund of that appointment's prepaid clinic fee. If the clinic cancels a visit, you may choose rescheduling or a full refund for the unperformed service.
Completed consultations and treatments
Fees for a consultation or treatment already provided are generally not refundable solely because a particular prescription was not issued or results did not meet expectations. A consultation fee covers the evaluation and clinical judgment, including a decision that treatment is not appropriate. Clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Billing errors, service concerns and requests for exceptions will be reviewed individually; this policy does not prevent a refund where warranted or required by law.
Unused prepaid services
You may cancel future services and request a refund of unused prepaid clinic amounts. Any deduction must reflect services actually provided at prices disclosed and agreed before purchase. We will not retroactively reprice used visits or impose an undisclosed cancellation penalty. If treatment is determined to be inappropriate, unused treatment payments will be refunded; an already completed, separately disclosed consultation remains billable.
Medications and outside providers
Separately billed pharmacy, laboratory and other outside-provider charges follow that provider's disclosed terms and applicable law. Ask about cancellation before a medication is prepared or dispensed. A change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed after preparation or dispensing. Report a wrong, damaged, recalled or potentially defective medication promptly to the dispensing pharmacy and the clinic; these concerns require separate review and are not automatically excluded from a remedy. Do not mail medication to the clinic without instructions. Charges collected by Striving remain subject to our review and applicable legal obligations.
Incorrect or duplicate payments
Verified duplicate, excess or erroneous clinic charges will be corrected. Contact the office with your invoice reference, payment date and amount. Do not provide card numbers, bank credentials or medical details in a payment memo or unsecured message.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Call (407) 878-3208, or write to Striving Health, 1414 N Ronald Reagan Blvd, Suite 1200, Longwood, FL 32750. We will respond within five business days after receiving the information needed to review the request. If more time is necessary, we will explain why and provide an update.
Approved refunds will be initiated within five business days after approval. Bank or payment-provider posting times vary. Refunds will normally use the original payment method; where that is unavailable, the clinic will arrange a verified alternative with the original payer. We do not deduct a clinic refund-processing fee from an approved refund.
Your rights
This policy does not waive statutory consumer rights, insurance appeal rights, applicable good-faith-estimate or medical-billing dispute rights, payment-provider dispute rights, or rights relating to negligent care. An acknowledgment of this policy is not consent to recurring charges. Any future subscription requires separately disclosed terms and authorization.
