Website privacy policy

This policy describes the public strivinghealth.com website operated under the Striving For Better Health brand by Striving LLC. It describes current website functions, not a future patient portal.

Information handled by this website

The public site does not offer a patient signup form or collect real signatures, medical histories or uploaded medical records. BMI values, meal-planner edits and the meeting-code entry are processed in your current browser session; the site code does not send them to Striving or save them in browser storage.

The consent demonstration uses a fictional patient. Selecting draft sections and downloading a sample PDF does not save a clinic copy or email a document. Keep any downloaded file private on your own device.

Hosting and technical records

Netlify hosts the site and delivers its files. Requests may generate technical records such as IP address, requested URL, browser/device information, time and security or error information. These records support delivery, troubleshooting and security and are handled under the hosting provider's settings and policies.

A fixed retention period for hosting records has not been confirmed for this site. Call the office for a specific retention or access inquiry. Do not put health information in page URLs or meeting-code fields.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The current site code does not install advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, optional tracking cookies or persistent browser storage. See Cookies & browser choices for the current scope and your browser controls. This statement does not describe the independent websites you choose to visit.

External services

Square and your bank/Zelle handle payments on their own services. This site does not receive card details or confirm transactions. Google Meet opens only when you choose a meeting link. FDA, CMS and other reference links lead to independent sites. Those providers receive information when you use their services and apply their own privacy terms.

Do not include diagnoses, medication names or other health information in a payment memo. Use the invoice reference supplied by the practice. A bank-issued QR code may contain recipient routing information.

Contact, choices and requests

For website privacy questions, access/deletion requests or a concern, call (407) 878-3208 or write to Striving Health, 1414 N Ronald Reagan Blvd, Suite 1200, Longwood, FL 32750. Ask for the person responsible for privacy. The practice may need to verify your identity and explain any legal record-retention limits before responding.

Use the practice's approved secure channel for clinical information. Children should not submit personal information through this public site; these educational tools and draft forms are intended for adults.

Medical-record privacy is separate

This website policy is not the clinic's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. The practice must supply its completed, applicable notice describing medical-record uses, disclosures, rights, complaints and privacy contacts before the clinical workflow is used. The draft acknowledgment in the consent packet does not replace that notice or authorize disclosure.

Updates

This website policy is dated October 22, 2026. New intake, portal, analytics or communication services require a privacy review and an updated notice describing the actual data flow before activation.
